HAMMERHEAD FITNESS PRICE LIST
(Effective January 2012)

All new memberships to be prorated to first of each month. 

All membership fees are to be paid at first of each month and are valid until end
of month only.

If monthly fee is paid late, fee is only valid until end of month.

Memberships cancelled after two months of no payment.

Members can freeze their memberships for up to six (6) months when traveling. Must be paid before departure.
